  • Strong familiarity with onboarding and upskilling programs
  • Experience developing and delivering various training formats
  • Ability to track training effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage learners
  • Deep understanding of customer-focused roles
  • Skilled at creating interactive, positive learning environments
  • Adaptability and flexibility to pivot training methods
  • Comfort with LMS and digital tools for training programs
  • Analytical mindset to assess and measure training outcomes

Tasks

  • Lead new hire onboarding training programs
  • Prepare new hires for role-specific certifications
  • Develop tailored live and self-paced training modules
  • Deliver upskilling bootcamps and training
  • Certify existing team members on updated standards
  • Align staff with current and evolving best practices
  • Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and coaching
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leaders
  • Align training content with organizational goals
  • Gather feedback and enhance training modules
  • Monitor training impact and effectiveness
  • Measure knowledge retention and certification rates
  • Refine training programs for optimal results
  • Prepare monthly reports on training progress
  • Present monthly reports on training initiatives
  • Strengthen Account Manager confidence with clear content
  • Define a repeatable framework for expansion conversations
  • Incorporate SPIN methodology into conversation frameworks
  • Provide system training and workflows for Account Managers
  • Guide Account Managers on data retrieval and conversation prep
  • Train Account Managers on pipeline management
  • Create easy-to-use templates for new product launches
  • Offer practical labs for hands-on Account Manager practice
  • Support the Expansion Expert program with focused enablement
  • Incorporate regional nuances into training across EMEA
  • Build a shared way of working across EMEA
