- Conduct savings analysis
- Spend a week on-site with a customer
- Present results to customers with mentor support
- Exchange knowledge with Business Development for one week
- Learn negotiating and category strategies from experts
- Lead a project such as a savings case or supplier evaluation
- Deliver a Capstone Project with measurable impact
- Achieve official promotion to Customer Value Manager
