- Technical issue handling with problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional demeanor maintenance

- Multitasking, prioritization, and time management
- Travel as necessary to client sites
- Zendesk, JIRA, or comparable ticketing systems experience
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Issue severity identification (technical and business)
- Application encouraged even with fewer qualifications
Tasks
- Triage inbound support requests
- Assign tickets to appropriate teams
- Handle administrative issues
- Provide technical support handovers
- Assist customers, partners, and field teams
- Support via email, phone, chat, or in person
- Meet key performance indicators
- Drive customer satisfaction
- Reset passwords
- Manage user accounts
- Support sales opportunities
- Build relationships with partner teams
- Participate in efficiency improvement projects
- Enhance customer experience
