  • Zendesk, JIRA, or comparable ticketing systems experience

Tasks

  • Triage inbound support requests
  • Assign tickets to appropriate teams
  • Handle administrative issues
  • Provide technical support handovers
  • Assist customers, partners, and field teams
  • Support via email, phone, chat, or in person
  • Meet key performance indicators
  • Drive customer satisfaction
  • Reset passwords
  • Manage user accounts
  • Support sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with partner teams
  • Participate in efficiency improvement projects
  • Enhance customer experience
