Requirements

  • Align on objectives and champion success plans
  • Own elements of account plan
  • Drive customer maturity and lifetime value
  • Manage portfolio of customers at various stages
  • Create and execute value realization strategies
  • Track and report progress against business outcomes
  • Forecast revenue retention and realization
  • Identify new opportunities to expand customer impact
  • Collaborate with presales teams for growth
  • Maintain accurate customer insights in internal systems
  • Leverage AI-driven tools for productivity
  • Optimize customer success outcomes
  • Amplify customer voice within MongoDB
  • Inform MongoDB’s product roadmap with insights
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Services, Support, and Training
  • Drive customer health, satisfaction, and value realization
  • Connect customers with internal resources
  • Engage customers with Marketing programs and Executive Sponsor
  • Contribute learnings to strengthen team success
