Tasks
- Design scalable and performant applications
- Architect systems and infrastructure for large projects
- Guide customers on MongoDB architecture patterns
- Optimize MongoDB solutions for customers
- Communicate MongoDB's business value to stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales for account planning
- Prioritize and qualify sales opportunities
- Generate sales pipeline strategies
- Conduct technical discovery with customers
- Demonstrate MongoDB solutions
- Create proofs of value
- Prepare technical presentations
- Size and document technical requirements
- Proactively generate demand in sales territory
- Participate in industry trade shows
- Engage in account-based marketing events
- Foster strong customer relationships
- Build customer champions
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Innovate MongoDB solutions and processes
- Relay field feedback to product team
