Growing customer relationships for a leading enterprise incentive platform. 5+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management required. 30 days paid vacation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management
- Experience in online marketing and understanding of online KPIs
- Revenue responsibility for assigned accounts
- Hands-on mindset and analytical thinking
- Strong consulting and sales expertise, pleasure in upselling digital marketing services
- Excellent customer communication and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills: decisive, action-oriented, motivating, inspiring, leading
- Ability to operate in operational and strategic modes in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of common CRM Systems
- Excellent business judgment, strong English communication (C1)
- Additional languages are an advantage (German, French, Spanish, Italian)
- Experience in a SaaS company is a plus, but not mandatory
Tasks
- Grow and nurture customer relationships
- Continuously work on opportunities
- Observe market developments and trends
- Develop strategies based on market trends
- Derive measures from developed strategies
- Manage and advise customers strategically
- Support global brands in finding solutions
- Manage projects and budgets
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Own customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor
- Liaise between customers, internal contacts, and external providers
- Track essential project tasks
- Contribute ideas for process efficiency
- Contribute ideas for better resource utilization
