- Deliver optimal solutions to customer challenges
- Accelerate time-to-value for customers
- Conduct comprehensive customer business reviews
- Analyze technical health and operational performance
- Translate insights into value-based outcomes
- Partner with technical and business leaders
- Align on objectives and champion success plans
- Own elements of account plan
- Drive customer maturity and lifetime value
- Manage portfolio of customers at various stages
- Create and execute value realization strategies
- Track and report progress against business outcomes
- Forecast revenue retention and realization
- Identify new opportunities to expand customer impact
- Collaborate with presales teams for growth
- Maintain accurate customer insights in internal systems
- Leverage AI-driven tools for productivity
- Optimize customer success outcomes
- Amplify customer voice within MongoDB
- Inform MongoDB’s product roadmap with insights
- Coordinate across Sales, Product, Services, Support, and Training
- Drive customer health, satisfaction, and value realization
- Connect customers with internal resources
- Engage customers with Marketing programs and Executive Sponsor
- Contribute learnings to strengthen team success
