- Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or comparable qualification
Tasks

- Translate insights into improvements
- Develop cross-product customer journeys
- Advocate for end-customer needs
- Collaborate with Product Owners
- Measure and report customer satisfaction
- Plan and coordinate product launches
- Act as central point of contact
