- Fluency in German and English
- Management of enterprise or strategic SaaS accounts
- Executive-level presentations and strategic success plans
- Management of customer support budgets or services
- Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills
- Skill in CS tools and CRMs
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Involvement in renewal or expansion initiatives
- Cybersecurity industry experience and framework familiarity

Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers
- Build relationships with multi-level stakeholders and executives
- Lead success planning and quarterly business reviews
- Facilitate long-term roadmap discussions
- Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity and compliance
- Advise customers on proactive threat mitigation strategies
- Align customer needs with platform features
- Deliver enhanced and personalized services
- Prioritize requests to maximize customer impact
- Ensure a premium GOLD-tier portfolio experience
- Guide customers through advanced product adoption
- Monitor customer health and drive intervention plans
- Ensure customers achieve meaningful program outcomes
- Advocate for customers with internal cross-functional teams
- Escalate complex issues to influence product development
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Drive renewal and net revenue retention results
- Lead conversations on feature utilization and value
- Promote customer advocacy and reference opportunities
