Requirements
- German and English language proficiency
- University degree in mathematics, natural sciences, engineering, economics, data analytics, or comparable field
- Customer-facing role experience (Customer Success, Consulting, Solution Support, Technology Analysis, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage expectations and build trust
- Proactive, structured, and organized working style
- Ability to learn new topics independently
- Strong interest in technology trends and innovation
- Interest in data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in English and German and/or French
Tasks
- Answer questions about future technologies
- Anticipate customer requirements for products
- Build long-term customer partnerships
- Help customers achieve sustainable success
- Conduct training and workshops
- Manage customer portfolio throughout lifecycle
- Lead customer conversations to understand objectives
- Translate insights into actionable plans
- Deliver product training and enablement sessions
- Act as primary point of contact for product questions
- Apply analytical thinking to solve business questions
- Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities
- Increase adoption and value realization
- Document and follow up on product issues
- Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams
- Share customer feedback for product improvement
- Support product demonstrations
- Build foundation for growth and upsell opportunities

- Bachelor's degree
