  • Build and nurture long-term relationships
  • Understand customer business and technical needs
  • Act as a strategic partner
  • Serve as the main point of contact
  • Orchestrate a seamless customer journey
  • Manage onboarding and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Advise assigned Evergreen//One, Flex, and CBS customers
  • Establish expertise on the customer journey
  • Own the post-sales service delivery relationship
  • Lead strategic business reviews
  • Manage the customer lifecycle
  • Ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Bridge communication between customers and internal departments
  • Define key metrics for success
  • Establish processes and tools for customer growth
  • Manage large and strategic accounts
