Requirements

  • Experience in technology/SaaS and/or Professional Services organization is an asset
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in pivot tables and lookup functions

Tasks

  • Deliver services to customers on purchased programs
  • Define and execute project plans with customers
  • Nurture lasting customer relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Define compliance programs from start to finish
  • Execute tasks with Program Support teams for client milestones
  • Manage client relationships and account lifetime value
  • Help clients realize economic value of subscriptions
  • Preserve and grow revenue
  • Manage assigned book of business
  • Oversee Customer Health and performance metrics
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with customers
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews
  • Align solutions to customer challenges
  • Optimize business value
  • Increase product adoption
  • Conduct program reviews to understand needs and gaps
  • Proactively anticipate and support client tasks
  • Analyze program results and supply chain responsiveness
  • Identify program strategies and improvement opportunities
  • Identify client goals and success metrics
  • Ensure quality product configuration during implementation
  • Conduct regular progress check-ins with Professional Services
  • Support Sales team in renewal management
  • Meet renewal targets
  • Take on special projects to enhance customer success processes
  • Serve as a peer partner to new team members
  • Coordinate user permissions in the Assent platform
  • Advocate and collaborate with internal groups for client success
  • Ensure client growth
  • Create strong customer references and referrals
  • Consult with clients on program direction using regulatory knowledge
  • Identify and drive improvements in product offerings
  • Identify and drive improvements in processes, systems, and tools
  • Input and maintain client communications in CRM
  • Follow corporate security policies and procedures
