- Manage client portfolio for maximum value
- Partner with Account Manager for seamless transitions
- Listen to customer feedback
- Communicate customer needs internally
- Navigate complex customer escalations
- Align internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Execute sales campaigns with marketing
