- •Interface directly with all levels of customer organizations
- •Build effective business relationships alongside account executives
- •Advise clients on market and IT strategies
- •Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- •Qualify complex and international business deals
- •Drive GreenLake adoption and contribute to bid engagements
- •Manage customer-specific services profit and loss
- •Forecast revenue and operational costs
- •Oversee demand and supply management for deals
- •Run business governance and joint business reviews
- •Ensure service delivery excellence and contractual compliance
- •Maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
- •Improve financial performance through technology innovation
- •Contribute to comprehensive account business plans
