- •Basic understanding of export control and foreign trade regulations
- •Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Review and maintain customer orders in the ERP system
- •Ensure on-time delivery based on confirmed dates and priorities
- •Track order status and inform customers of any deviations
- •Invoice customer orders and clarify billing issues
- •Communicate professionally and solution-oriented with customers
- •Coordinate closely with customers on order books and delivery schedules
- •Collaborate with internal teams like Production, Logistics, and Finance
- •Ensure compliance with Incoterms and export regulations
- •Assist in resolving delivery, shipping, and invoicing discrepancies
- •Maintain customer master data and order-related information
- •Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
