  • •Communicate professionally and solution-oriented with customers
  • •Coordinate closely with customers on order books and delivery schedules
  • •Collaborate with internal teams like Production, Logistics, and Finance
  • •Ensure compliance with Incoterms and export regulations
  • •Assist in resolving delivery, shipping, and invoicing discrepancies
  • •Maintain customer master data and order-related information
  • •Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
