Tasks

  • Onboard new customers to digital platforms and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Produce IOPs and SOPs based on customer requirements.
  • Promote digital adoption and self-service solutions.
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned customers.
  • Handle daily customer communication.
  • Provide timely and accurate customer information.
  • Execute transactional activities based on IOPs and SOPs.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end shipment cycles.
  • Address routine exceptions independently.
  • Drive continuous improvement for efficiency.
  • Perform upselling and cross-selling.
  • Reinforce contract fulfillment through customer check-ins.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to improve fulfillment.
