- Native-level German proficiency (written and spoken)
- Excellent English skills

Tasks
- Build lasting customer relationships with personalized service
- Foster brand loyalty through warm welcomes
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Consistently meet highest service and KPI standards
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant customers
- Collaborate with Payments, Customs, Warehouse, and Shipping teams
