CRM Rollout Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements

• University degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in communications, management, or consulting
• Hands-on experience with CRM programs or system rollouts
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, testing, and training
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of rollout processes and change management
• Proficiency with standard office and project collaboration tools
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented work style
• Fluency in English

Tasks

• Support and coordinate rollout readiness
• Manage testing, training, and hypercare activities
• Align business units and local teams
• Ensure smooth go-live and post-launch stabilization
• Develop scalable rollout templates
• Optimize processes for repeatable regional rollouts
• Consolidate global program requests
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and effective execution
• Coordinate local testing and training efforts
• Manage workshop participant nominations
• Involve and inform stakeholders timely
• Act as central contact for cross-functional coordination
• Track progress and identify risks
• Escalate issues promptly for program delivery
• Communicate with Market and Business Units
• Support change management and communications
• Clarify upcoming processes, timelines, and responsibilities
• Capture lessons learned for future rollouts
• Provide recommendations for efficiency and consistency
• Communicate feedback from testing and rollouts
