Requirements

- Focus on transparency and execution tracking
- Fluency in English required
- Intercultural experience is a plus
Tasks
- Coordinate CMD activities across global PULSE program and local markets
- Align and track timelines, milestones, and cross-market dependencies
- Support market structuring and clustering for scalable execution
- Prepare and support market mobilization and communication activities
- Structure and maintain country-level CMD backlogs
- Ensure transparent progress tracking and reporting across markets
- Support alignment and sign-off processes with local stakeholders and data owners
- Identify risks and dependencies, support escalation and resolution
- Act as central coordination layer for CMD execution
- Support setup and operation of CMD governance structures
- Contribute to implementation of global CMD standards and data quality criteria
- Support definition and documentation of business rules
- Contribute to design and continuous improvement of CMD processes
- Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
- Facilitate global–local governance alignment, prepare escalation topics
- Track and report on data quality KPIs, support issue resolution
- Support and coordinate data cleansing and migration activities
- Ensure follow-up on data quality issues and remediation actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CMD execution and governance processes
- Work closely with Global Customer Master Data Governance Lead and key stakeholders
- Coordinate with global functions, local market teams, and IT
- Facilitate alignment across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Compliance
- Prepare and deliver status updates, reports, and governance materials
- Support governance forums with structured input and documentation
- Collaborate with IT for CRM and MDM implementation
- Use JIRA and Confluence for backlog tracking, documentation, and collaboration
