- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
- •At least 4 years of experience in commercial data governance, CRM/MDM projects, or related roles
- •Strong understanding of commercial processes in Life Sciences or Healthcare
- •Demonstrated expertise in master data management, including data cleansing and data migration processes
- •Familiarity with Salesforce and/or SAP MDG
- •Knowledge of data governance principles, compliance requirements, and business process mapping
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in English

- •Define and maintain governance standards for commercial data domains
- •Ensure alignment with global data governance principles
- •Document governance rules and stewardship responsibilities
- •Develop end-to-end processes for managing commercial master data
- •Identify gaps in existing processes and propose improvements
- •Ensure compliance with business processes and governance standards
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to define business rules
- •Translate business rules into actionable requirements for systems
- •Support implementation of automated controls for governance
- •Define and monitor data quality KPIs for master data
- •Initiate corrective actions for data quality issues
- •Support data cleansing and migration activities
- •Maintain governance documentation and provide audit support
- •Act as a business partner for commercial data governance
- •Serve as the primary contact for master data-related issues
- •Liaise with IT teams to implement governance requirements
- •Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- •Work with IT teams to implement governance features in systems
- •Use tools like JIRA and Confluence for documentation
- •Collaborate across all components of the commercial ecosystem
