Requirements
- 7+ years CRM operations, digital platforms, or customer engagement experience
- Strong CRM systems experience (Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Good understanding of customer lifecycle, lead, and retention processes
- Experience managing operational requirements and coordinating stakeholders internationally
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Experience in multi-market CRM environments and governance
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; additional European languages a plus
