- •Experience with Braze for 2+ years
- •Braze Certification completed
- •Experience building or scaling high-performing lifecycle or CRM programs
- •Strong technical fluency in tools like Braze, Iterable, or similar
- •Clarity, momentum, and low-ego, high-ownership approach to cross-functional work
- •Ability to think in systems and optimize
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and execution
- •Utilize the Braze platform for segmentation, triggers, A/B testing, and dynamic content
- •Build and manage scalable communication frameworks with modular content blocks and audience logic
- •Develop a CRM playbook with best practices for user activation, engagement, and subscription nudges
- •Define and track performance KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion, retention, and ARR impact
- •Run experiments to enhance email, push, and in-app messaging performance
- •Collaborate with Analytics to analyze segment behavior and identify churn risk signals
- •Analyze user data, support tickets, interviews, and feedback to stay close to user needs
- •Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Support to ensure consistent and valuable lifecycle messaging
- •Maintain a scalable voice and tone guide for lifecycle communications
- •Provide internal teams with insights on performance, issues, blockers, and opportunities
