Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, data, or related field
  • 2+ years full-time experience in CRM, marketing automation, or data-driven marketing
  • Proficiency in at least one CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze)
  • Creative mindset and strong writing style
  • Detail-oriented, data-savvy, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

Tasks

  • Plan and execute multichannel CRM campaigns
  • Track and analyze campaign performance
  • Report on KPIs, conversion rates, and retention
  • Implement ongoing campaign optimizations
  • Ensure data quality and effective segmentation
  • Develop and optimize automated lifecycle journeys
  • Define and implement CRM strategies
  • Increase engagement, satisfaction, and customer retention
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Tech teams
  • Improve tools and enhance user journeys
