Tasks
- Define and execute engagement and lifecycle marketing strategy
- Develop goals, KPIs, and roadmaps with product and commercial teams
- Design end-to-end user journeys across digital touchpoints
- Lead partner strategy development and alignment workshops
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
- Segment audiences and apply personalization tactics
- Maintain the campaign calendar
- Create and manage content across all channels
- Use AI and automation tools for personalization and content creation
- Monitor engagement KPIs and build dashboards
- Run A/B tests to improve journeys and campaigns
- Conduct cohort and funnel analysis
- Act as internal engagement consultant and knowledge hub
- Partner with customer success, product, and sales
- Lead external partner alignments and workshops
- Provide frameworks and enablement materials
- Optimize CRM, CDP, and engagement tech stack
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all activities
