- •Ability to provide tactical design feedback
- •Background in Design, Video, or Marketing
- •Focus on paid media performance
- •3+ years creative strategy experience
- •Digital portfolio showcasing performance ads
- •Ability to storyboard and ship ads
- •Knowledge of performance marketing metrics
- •Experience with AI-assisted creative tools
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Ability to iterate without hand-holding
- •Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Lead creative strategy for full-funnel ad programs
- •Develop ad concepts for Meta and TikTok
- •Assess efficacy of ad hooks and bodies
- •Deliver high-volume creative ads that drive sales
- •Increase creative diversity using multiple ad formats
- •Produce 50-100 new ads per month
- •Collaborate with Social Commerce and Paid Media teams
- •Manage Designers and Editors to execute assets
- •Direct static ads and short-form video production
- •Translate performance data into compelling ad concepts
- •Optimize thumb-stop and clickthrough rate metrics
- •Brief creators on animations and mobile-first videos
- •Design assets directly in Figma when necessary
- •Present creative work and rationale to stakeholders
- •Monitor performance data to inform creative iterations
