Requirements
- •Several years of leadership experience as Creative Director, Associate Creative Director or Senior Art Director in a digital or creative agency
- •Proven experience with international brands or complex, technology-driven brand environments
- •Outstanding portfolio focused on digital brand communication, visual concepts and experiences
- •Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital communication and visual storytelling
- •Strong expertise in 3D and motion design as a creative lead
- •Experience with common toolchains and pipelines (e.g. Cinema 4D or Blender, Unreal Engine, rendering tools) and openness to new technologies
- •High affinity for AI and understanding of generative AI in creative and production processes
- •Excellent sense of aesthetics, dramaturgy and visual brand impact
- •Confident presence, strong communication skills and passion for team leadership, mentoring and development
- •Presentation confidence and experience working with demanding stakeholders
- •Very good German and English skills
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Take full creative responsibility for digital projects, campaigns, and experiences
- •Develop future-oriented visual lead concepts based on brand, marketing, and communication strategies
- •Lead, inspire, and develop a specialized team of 3D, motion, and visual designers
- •Act as a creative sparring partner and trusted advisor for clients
- •Present ideas convincingly and build long-term, trust-based client relationships
- •Collaborate closely with strategy, design, development, and project management teams
- •Define look and feel, visual systems, and storytelling approaches across digital touchpoints
- •Integrate AI and generative AI technologies into creative workflows
- •Ensure the highest level of creative quality, visual consistency, and brand excellence across all projects
- •Actively monitor trends in digital marketing, visual culture, technology, and AI
