- Thriving at intersection of paid social, customer insight, creative execution
- 4-5+ years experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance creative
- Deep exposure to Meta / paid social
- Ability to write exceptional creative briefs
- German fluency (C1+)
- Strong understanding of German customer behaviour and cultural nuance
- Experience in creating or localising campaigns for German-speaking audiences
- Fluency in performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS)
- Comfort working with UGC creators and performance-led content
- Highly collaborative
- Pragmatic
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Enjoyment of fast-moving environments
- Experience in systematic creative testing
- Bonus: Experience in DTC, subscriptions, health-tech, or high-growth startups
Tasks
- Develop clear, execution-ready creative briefs for paid social.
- Build and manage creative testing frameworks.
- Analyze creative performance metrics with marketers.
- Turn performance insights into testable ideas.
- Develop multiple angles and formats from winning concepts.
- Brief, manage, and iterate with creators, designers, and agencies.
- Review performance dashboards daily.
- Brief creators and designers.
- Refine hypotheses based on results.
