- Partner with Head of Creative to eliminate bottlenecks

- Evolve Miro's visual brand identity
- Ensure brand standards are upheld in all deliverables
- Build and mentor the creative team
- Establish standards to elevate collective output
- Champion AI tool adoption across the team
- Embed AI-assisted workflows into production
- Establish creative authority with cross-functional stakeholders
- Create clarity and confidence in creative decisions
