Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience in creative direction, campaign development, or production (fashion, lifestyle, home/living)
- Broad freelance network with proven agency selection and management experience
- Proven track record leading high-impact campaigns (brand desirability & commercial impact)
- Deep expertise in social-first campaign development
- Sharp sense for talkable, shareable, native content across platforms
- Strong background in premium fashion or lifestyle brands (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- Strong eye for aesthetics and culture

- Natural leadership ability
