- •7+ years of experience selling CPQ, CRM, or Revenue/Sales Operations-related solutions
- •Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role
- •Understanding of end-to-end sales processes
- •Travel required: 30–50%
- •Fluency in English and German

- •Lead the full sales cycle for CPQ and CRM products
- •Support territory strategy by aligning capabilities to account priorities
- •Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer quoting challenges
- •Provide strategic input for account planning and use cases
- •Ensure account strategy recommendations align with Now Value principles
- •Partner with SC and Specialist SC teams for roadmap alignment
- •Coach account teams on CPQ/CRM opportunity triggers and value messaging
- •Customize time to meet territory and account team needs
- •Champion diversity and belonging in the workplace
