Tasks
- Own customer's total travel spend across all categories.
- Manage both managed and unmanaged travel spend.
- Guide customers through the Copilot AI platform.
- Ensure understanding and adoption of 'next best actions'.
- Facilitate effective execution of 'next best actions'.
- Optimize customer outcomes against set targets.
- Drive measurable value creation for clients.
- Connect business goals to data and insights.
- Strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead local negotiations with preferred suppliers.
- Optimize customer-specific hotel programs.
- Deepen customer engagement.
- Expand HRS' footprint within client accounts.
- Support Customer Success Managers in upsell and cross-sell.
- Map key customer stakeholders.
- Manage key customer stakeholders.
- Build strong internal networks.
- Identify expansion opportunities.
- Consult clients on strategic goals.
- Advise on savings, satisfaction, sustainability, and compliance.
- Lead RFP negotiations for customer hotel programs.
- Conduct targeted re-negotiations with hotels.
- Ground recommendations in performance data and insights.
