Requirements

  • Degree in law (LLB, JD) or paralegal/corporate governance qualification
  • Experience in corporate governance, company secretarial services, or legal entity administration
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance principles
  • Solid understanding of entity lifecycle management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple entities, priorities, and deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

  • Other European languages are an advantage
  • High attention to detail
  • Discretion when handling confidential information

Tasks

  • Organize, coordinate, and follow up on board meetings
  • Prepare agendas and board packs
  • Draft board resolution documentation
  • Attend virtual board meetings
  • Draft meeting minutes and resolutions
  • Provide administrative support for legal entities
  • Manage legal entity incorporation and maintenance
  • Handle annual and other legal filings
  • Support restructurings and liquidations
  • Act as interface between business and legal teams
  • Liaise with Finance, Tax, and external advisors
  • Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
  • Update entity management systems
  • Support statutory and regulatory filings
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Adhere to group policies and local legal requirements
  • Support governance process improvements
  • Serve as contact for directors on entity matters
