Tasks
- Lead co-packing operations for service, cost, health, safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners for effective management and timely solutions
- Manage inventory, interface monitoring, track and trace, claims, invoices, and compliance (HSE, quality, risk management)
- Support tender processes and third-party performance management
- Administer and replenish co-pack production accurately and timely
- Manage inventory and bill of materials
- Create and close weekly production purchase orders based on advised volumes
- Ensure correct prices, WIP SKUs, and bills of materials in weekly production purchase orders
- Deliver WIP and packaging items timely and effectively
- Support co-packers, transport, and distribution centers with short-notice WIP requests
- Resolve logistical, administrative, and invoice issues related to delivery failures or mismatches
- Monitor inbound and outbound transport movements to and from co-packers
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- High school diploma
