You will drive the company's co-packing success by coordinating with logistics partners and managing production orders to ensure seamless inventory flow and strict compliance standards.

Requirements

• •Logistics, co-pack, manufacturing or replenishment experience
• •Problem-solving, action-orientation and perseverance
• •Workload organization and deadline management
• •Relationship building and collaborative skills
• •Experience in relevant SAP processes
• •Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• •Timeliness and accuracy
• •German and English skills

Tasks

• •Lead co-packing operations regarding service, cost, and sustainability
• •Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• •Collaborate with internal partners and third-party logistics vendors
• •Manage inventory and monitor system interfaces
• •Track and trace shipments and manage claims
• •Handle invoice management and support tender processes
• •Evaluate and manage third-party performance
• •Administer timely replenishment of co-pack production
• •Manage bills of material and inventory records
• •Create and close weekly production purchase orders
• •Verify pricing and product costing for accuracy
• •Coordinate delivery of packaging and work-in-progress items
• •Resolve logistical and administrative delivery failures
• •Monitor inbound and outbound transport movements
