Requirements
- Degree in business administration, hospitality, tourism, revenue management, or related field
- Experience in revenue management, reservations, distribution, or commercial hotel operations
- Familiarity with reporting, forecasting, and pricing coordination, ideally in a hotel or commercial environment
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, comfortable with complex files
- Structured, detail-oriented work style with prioritization skills in fast-moving environments
- Clear communication and reliable follow-through

Tasks
- Support RCM project planning and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare and maintain forecasts, budgets, and performance overviews
- Transform data into clear, actionable insights
- Identify and resolve anomalies in reports and dashboards
- Maintain price matrices, rates, restrictions, and room inventory
- Ensure smooth information flow within the team
- Address feedback from Revenue Managers promptly
- Manage day-to-day team coordination
- Organize and lead team meetings and activities
