- •Triage and resolve support inquiries for German- and English-speaking customers

- •Write SQL queries and apply Oracle DB concepts
- •Manage all support needs for assigned customers end-to-end
- •Act as a liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades
- •Coordinate and handle rollout tasks for system upgrades
- •Lead monthly calls to review performance insights and enhancement requests
