Requirements
- •Active Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility
- •ServiceNow SAM Certification (CIS-SAM)
- •ServiceNow HAM Certification (CIS-HAM)
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- •5–7 years IT experience
- •ServiceNow CMDB and discovery tools experience
- •Knowledge of ITIL v4 and SACM
- •IAT Level II certification (Security+CE or higher)
- •Ability to meet TESA requirements
- •Ability to deliver under pressure
- •Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- •Desired Joint Command experience and military knowledge
- •Exceptional communication and translation skills
- •Desired CIS-ITSM Certification

- •Execute the hands-on Configuration Management program
- •Maintain the integrity of the CMDB
- •Advise on CSDM 5.0 best practices
- •Prioritize high-value services and configuration items
- •Support engineering and architecture projects
- •Develop configuration management plans and documentation
- •Provide guidance to program stakeholders
- •Conduct routine audits for policy compliance
- •Improve hardware and software asset management
- •Create standard operating procedures and training materials
- •Enforce hardware and software version control
- •Maintain build and testing environments
- •Identify and mitigate configuration management risks
