Tasks
- Report to VP Compliance Officer Europe
- Partner with General Manager and senior leaders
- Enable sustainable and compliant business growth
- Influence positive behaviors and accountability
- Foster a compliance culture
- Provide compliance and risk management advice
- Mobilize around GSK Compliance pillars: Predict, Protect, Enable
- Serve on Europe Compliance Leadership Team
- Serve on Germany Leadership Team
- Implement compliance program in Germany
- Prevent, detect, and correct policy violations
- Embed enterprise risk mitigation programs
- Identify, evaluate, and manage business risks
- Deploy corporate policies clearly and consistently
- Facilitate Germany Risk Management and Compliance Board
- Promote effective risk management plans
- Integrate themes from investigations, monitoring, and auditing
- Manage internal reporting and escalation of issues
- Collaborate with Corporate Investigations Team, HR, and Legal
- Ensure thorough investigation of reported concerns
- Implement global compliance programs locally
- Translate global requirements into local specifications
- Provide training on compliance programs
- Advise on risks of emerging business strategies
- Offer pragmatic risk mitigation options
- Ensure proper internal controls are in place
- Monitor and use Key Risk Indicators
- Support closure of Corrective and Preventative Actions
- Act as a change leader for standardization
- Simplify practices while adhering to GSK policy
