Tasks

• •Join the Europe and Germany Leadership Teams
• •Implement compliance programs to prevent policy violations
• •Embed risk mitigation for commercial practices and privacy
• •Partner with leaders to manage risks and growth
• •Deploy corporate policies in a clear and timely manner
• •Facilitate the Germany Risk Management and Compliance Board
• •Define risk management plans using audit and monitoring data
• •Manage internal reporting and escalation of local issues
• •Collaborate on investigations with HR and Legal teams
• •Translate global compliance requirements into local specifications
• •Advise senior leaders on emerging business strategy risks
• •Provide advisory services for policies and operating procedures
• •Maintain internal controls and key risk indicators
• •Support the closure of corrective and preventative actions
