Requirements
- University Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, life sciences, Risk Management or Legal
- Strong business acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, and control processes
- Skilled in risk management, process improvement, and project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects across departments
- Impactful communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective in a highly matrixed organization
- Superior listening skills and analytical ability

Tasks
- Partner with General Manager and senior leaders to achieve commercial goals sustainably and compliantly
- Influence behaviors and drive accountability to embed a compliance culture
- Provide compliance and risk management advice to GSK Commercial business in Germany
- Mobilize around GSK Compliance pillars: Predict, Protect, and Enable
- Act as a member of Europe Compliance Leadership Team and Germany Leadership Team
- Implement a compliance program to prevent, detect, and correct policy violations
- Embed enterprise risk mitigation programs, including Commercial Practices, Anti-bribery and Corruption, and Privacy
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage risks to enable sustainable business growth
- Deploy corporate policies clearly and consistently to support business performance
- Facilitate the Germany Risk Management and Compliance Board (RMCB)
- Promote RMCB to define and oversee risk management plans
- Manage internal reporting and escalation of issues, including GSK Speak Up
- Partner with Corporate Investigations Team, HR, and Legal to investigate reported concerns
- Implement global compliance programs by translating global requirements into local specifications
- Advise senior leaders on risks associated with emerging business strategies
- Provide advisory services on GSK Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure proper internal controls are in place and used
- Support the closure of local Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs)
- Act as a change leader to standardize practices while maintaining policy adherence
