Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in German (C1)

- Experience in compliance, preferably in financial services or investment sector
- Degree in Law, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent qualification
- Strong interest in regulatory compliance and financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, adapt quickly, and learn on the job
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
Tasks
- Manage day-to-day compliance activities for BaFin regulations
- Oversee monitoring of investment products and processes
- Develop the Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP)
- Conduct reports for the CMP
- Collect data for the CMP
- Follow up on CMP findings
- Provide compliance input on new products and services
- Provide compliance guidance on new products and services
- Partner with senior stakeholders on compliance matters
- Review and approve financial promotions
- Ensure full regulatory compliance for promotions
- Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures
- Identify compliance policy gaps
- Drive improvements in compliance policies
Work Experience

Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degree
