Tasks
- •Support EMEA sales compliance and cross-border distribution
- •Maintain governance, reporting, and compliance policies
- •Deliver compliance training and oversee client assets
- •Review marketing compliance for global fund ranges
- •Manage client classifications and suitability programs
- •Coordinate account opening documentation and market openings
- •Execute asset transfers and account restructures
- •Maintain account records and approve new setups
- •Coordinate fund launches and transition events
- •Act as a global expert for account setups
- •Reconcile transition management trade execution files
- •Develop client transition strategies with portfolio managers
- •Process daily cash flows and confirm bank transactions
- •Monitor industry and regulatory changes across jurisdictions
