Compliance Digitalization & Assurance Lead(m/w/x)

Description

You will lead the digital transformation of the company's compliance ecosystem by architecting advanced data strategies, piloting AI innovations, and translating complex risk data into strategic insights.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Law, or Business
• •Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CIPP) as a plus
• •4–8 years experience in Compliance Ops, Digital Transformation, Internal Audit, or data-heavy Governance
• •Success in architecting and scaling complex data-driven reporting systems
• •Ability to translate legal/regulatory logic into technical workflows
• •Ability to architect consolidated compliance reporting
• •Advanced proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization (PowerBI/Tableau)
• •Experience with GenAI implementation, prompt engineering, or enterprise automation as an advantage
• •Ability to thrive in high-paced, global environments
• •Experience managing executive stakeholders and complex projects
• •Business-level English

Tasks

• •Architect a centralized Digital Assurance Hub using Tableau or PowerBI
• •Design ETL strategies to integrate core system data streams
• •Ensure the integrity and security of the compliance data lake
• •Identify and pilot high-impact AI use cases for compliance
• •Liaise with Global Tech and Data Privacy teams on architecture
• •Oversee key control verification for product and digital ethics
• •Lead quarterly verification programs to validate executive assessments
• •Translate incident data into strategic risk insights for leadership
• •Execute recurring monitoring cycles and independent spot-check inquiries
• •Re-engineer workflows using Compliance-as-Code and intelligent automation
• •Produce quarterly Integrated Assurance Reports for the Compliance Committee
• •Design self-service analytics portals for local compliance officers
• •Monitor the RegTech and AI landscape for innovation opportunities
