Tasks
- Investigate and resolve merchant payment complaints
- Meet regulatory timelines and internal SLAs
- Perform root-cause analysis across payment systems
- Document findings and corrective actions taken
- Draft clear and compliant final responses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex cases
- Maintain audit-ready documentation in management systems
- Prioritize complaint queues and regulator inquiries
- Identify recurring issues to improve internal playbooks
- Coach team members on compliance topics
- Partner with analytics to measure resolution effectiveness
