Compensation Designer(m/w/x)
Designing reward cycles and employee value propositions for Europe's largest auto parts ecommerce platform. Behavioural science and HRIS platform experience required. Hybrid work, 30 days vacation, birthday off.
Requirements
- Background in reward, compensation & benefits, or HR operations
- Curiosity about motivation, behavioural economics, organisational psychology
- Proficiency in Excel, model and scenario building
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) advantageous
- Understanding of compensation principles, job levelling, benchmarking, benefits administration
- Ability to explain recommendation logic (commercial, human, psychological)
- Driven by impact and pride in employee-focused rewards
Tasks
- Design and implement full reward cycle
- Integrate compensation data with human insights
- Propose evidence-backed solutions for low comp ratios
- Develop transparent, purpose-driven Employee Value Proposition
- Apply behavioural science to reward design
- Model impact of reward decisions on attrition and motivation
- Identify non-cash levers for specific employee segments
- Prepare data packs and scenario modelling
- Ensure accurate and timely inputs for Compensation Committee
- Maintain grade definitions and role family documentation
- Support benchmarking with market data
- Track benefits utilisation and eligibility
- Manage relationships with benchmarking data suppliers
- Monitor compensation legislation across countries
- Support ROI and EVP tracking
- Serve as primary contact for HRBPs and hiring managers
- Provide guidance on job offers and salary adjustments
- Conduct surveys and interviews with AUTODOCers
- Translate qualitative and quantitative data into findings
- Track reward competitiveness across geographies
- Incorporate findings into benefits design

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree

- English – Business Fluent
- Russian – is a plus
