Commercial Account Executive - DACH(m/w/x)
Selling AI-first customer experience automation software to new logos in DACH. Fluent German and English required. Autonomy to drive impact, global leader stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent German and English
- Proven commercial sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality and self-generated opportunities
- Enjoyment of Net New Logo challenges
- Preferred software or technology sales experience
- Existing AI-focused sales experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel as needed
Tasks
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Collaborate with SDRs, Partner Managers, and Marketing
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound cold calls, social selling, and networking
- Develop and execute territory plan
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery to closing
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions
- Map Talkdesk’s AI solutions to business goals
- Coordinate with internal resources for high-value deals
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor moves
- Provide reliable weekly revenue forecasts
