  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Respond to inbound prospects and manage high-volume opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries rapidly
  • Achieve and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Forecast and track all opportunities and customer details
  • Collaborate with SDR and Marketing teams for market success
