Description

As the Cluster IT Operations Manager for DACH & BEL, you will oversee daily IT operations, ensuring smooth performance and reliability across sites. You will lead a local team, provide hands-on support, and align IT services with business needs while fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

• •University degree, Engineering School with IT specialization, or equivalent by experience
• •Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
• •At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within IT operations
• •Proficiency in IT service management, hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and IT infrastructure management
• •Proficiency in local language(s) of assigned country or cluster, along with good command of English
• •Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• •Customer focus, delivery, and result orientation
• •Consistency and reliability; ability to plan and organize activities efficiently
• •Strong leadership and team management skills

Tasks

• •Manage daily IT operations across all sites in the assigned country
• •Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of local IT infrastructure and services
• •Deliver hands-on L1 support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
• •Coordinate with regional and global IT teams to implement IT policies and standards
• •Maintain compliance with IT security policies and conduct regular security assessments
• •Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT operations
• •Oversee local IT operations team, providing direction and support
• •Align IT services with local business needs and priorities
• •Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT teams
• •Manage the local IT budget for cost-effective resource use
• •Oversee procurement and inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• •Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contract terms
