Tasks
- Own client relationships for large accounts
- Lead client meetings virtually and in person
- Build trust with HR contacts
- Share mission to improve employee health and engagement
- Understand and deliver on client objectives
- Develop client-specific growth strategies
- Drive initial client launch and relaunch events
- Partner with Wellbeing Engagement Team for implementation
- Present best practice workflows to clients
- Review and suggest member growth strategies
- Provide Wellhub updates to clients
- Collaborate with multiple teams for member growth
- Analyze client data and share findings
- Develop tailored communication and awareness strategies
- Increase user engagement to combat inactivity
- Manage commercial agenda for clients
- Renew, expand, and renegotiate contracts annually
- Inspire and empower others through personal wellbeing
- Create a supportive work environment
Work Experience

Education
- High school diploma
Languages
- Spanish – Business Fluent
