- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in international environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; costing tools experience is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Tasks
- Lead chassis cost benchmarks and design-to-cost studies
- Develop cost structures for industrial processes
- Apply and challenge bottom-up costing methodologies
- Analyze product design, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Identify key cost drivers in materials and manufacturing
- Ensure analytical rigor and consistency in deliverables
- Translate technical analyses into business insights
- Act as a technical interface with customers and stakeholders
- Lead technical deep-dive discussions
- Support design-to-cost initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to costing standards and tool development
